What we have acheived?

hi friends!
we got our freedom in Aug,15 1947. it has been past more than 62 years but from the very first day of freedom our government is promising to provide us "WATER, ELECTRICITY,ROAD, FOOD SECURITY".
but even after 62 year we what have get we all know "CORRUPTION".

can we change our system, can we change ourself because we are also one of them.
change will start from us.
